Request School Enrollment Letter
A school enrolment letter is a letter from the admissions office of an institution confirming that the student is attending the institution during a time period.
To request a school enrolment letter, please complete a school enrolment letter form and return it to the Green Path Academy office.
Community Service Hours
The Ontario Secondary School Diploma can only be issued to a student who completed the graduation requirements.
To submit your community service hours, please complete a community service form and return it to the Green Path Academy office.
Student is required to complete 40 hours of community involvement activities as a graduation requirement
